What You Need to Know

To be an au pair in France, there is certain criteria that you need to meet;

• Aged between 18 and 30

• Hold a valid passport

• Have at least level A2 in French (with a valid certificate to prove this; DELF)

• Some experience with children is appreciated

• You must be unmarried, without children

• And most of all, enthusiasm and determination to explore a new country!
